TOWN OF RYE

DATE:         TUESDAY, MARCH 12, 2024

TIME:           6:00 P.M.          

 Pursuant to Town of Rye Local Law #3 of Year 2022 and the videoconference policy adopted pursuant thereto, an in-person quorum is required at the publicly noticed physical location for such meeting unless excused for extraordinary circumstances which preclude their in-person attendance, including disability, illness, caregiving responsibilities or any other significant or unexpected factor or event.

The Rye Town Council will be conducting a hybrid meeting on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 6 p.m. at the Crawford Mansion Community Center, 122 North Ridge Street, Rye Brook, New York.  Members of the public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live by attending in person, watching Optimum Channel 75, FIOS Channel 36 or by ZOOM: https://townofryeny.zoom.us/j/88465040957.

The live session also streams on the Town of Rye Facebook Page and YouTube Channel with the use of a tablet or smartphone. Those wishing to join can also view the video and hear the audio of the live session on the Town of Rye's Facebook Page. There is a link posted on the Town's website or you can access the program by clicking this link:  Town of Rye, NY | Facebook. Comments from the public on non-agenda items should be entered into the comment section of the Facebook Page and to the extent possible, will be addressed at the end of the meeting. Anyone wishing to attend the meeting via Zoom may access the meeting at the link provided.
