Public Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Rye, New York will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 6:00 P.M., to Authorize the Submittal to the Westchester County CDBG Program for RyeTown Park’s Bathroom Retaining Wall and Accessible Path in Conformity with theAmericans with  Disabilities Act (ADA) Project

 The Town Council will be meeting in person at the Crawford MansionCommunity Center, 122 North Ridge Street, Rye Brook, New York. If you have a computer, tablet or smartphone, you can see the video and hear the audio of the live session on the Town of Rye’s Facebook Page.  Interested persons are invited to attend and will be afforded the opportunity to be heard at that time when the Supervisor calls for Public Comments. Anyone wishing to attend the meeting via Zoom may access the meeting at the link https://townofryeny.zoom.us/j/85213988401
